Solange Knowles has lashed out at rumors about her sister Beyonce causing problems at a local hospital while she gave birth to Blue Ivy.
Beyonce and Jay-Z were said to have spent $1.3 million to have a whole floor to themselves, and another new father said he was unable to see his prematurely born twins due to their demands – but Solange has broken her silence and says it’s all lies.
“It has really gotten out of hand,” Solange wrote on Twitter. “I’ve been doing my best at keeping my mouth shut… but the ignorance is really sad and upsetting.
“We are supposed to be super human and watch people we love get slandered, lied on and ridiculed. It is one of The hardest things to accept.
“In any other workplace… if someone directly tells your mother or sister is a liar and a fake etc… you would naturally express yourself.
“However, the pure happiness and joy I’ve witnessed and experienced helps me to keep my mouth shut.”
