The former Hannah Montana star’s latest step towards leaving her squeaky clean Disney image behind was to simulate oral sex on her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth’s penis shaped birthday cake.
Liam celebrated his 22nd birthday this weekend (Jan 21) with a chocolate cake shaped like a man’s private parts – and Miley couldn’t wait to pose suggestively for the camera in photos obtained by TMZ.
The 19-year-old actress pretended to lick and suck the cakes ‘testicles’ before taking to it with a knife.
She then took to a podium for a spot of sexy dancing in one of her trademark barely-there outfits.
Is there anything this girl won’t do to get a wildgirl reputation?
