Eva Longoria has been named Woman of the Year at the 2012 Nevada Ballet Theater’s Black & White Ball.
The event, held annually in Las Vegas, took place on Saturday and saw the Desperate Housewives star win their most aclaimed award for her philanthropy and “dedication to the world of arts and entertainment”.
Longoria couldn’t have been happier to win the title Woman of the Year – previously given to stars such as Celine Dion and Bette Midler.
“Off to Vegas to attend the Nevada Ballet Black & White Ball,” she wrote on Twitter. “Thank you for honoring my work!”
