They may be best friends on screen, but Harry Potter co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint hardly ever speak now they’re no longer on set together.
The two actors may have worked on eight hit movies and have known each other since the age of 11, but Daniel admits these days they’ve drifted apart.
The news will come as a blow to HP fans, although Radcliffe revealed he still keeps in regular contact with Emma Watson.
The 22-year-old – who is currently promoting his brand new movie The Woman in Black this week – admits: “There’s this idea that Emma, Rupert and myself are the best of friends who always hang out together.
“I’m just going to put out there, Emma and I text all the time but Rupert and I never text each other, we never see each other,” he tells the Daily Mirror.
“If I see him every six months or so, it’s a friendly ‘hello, how’s things with you’ but that’s about it.”
