Unfortunately for Christina Aguilera, she made headlines this week when a recent performance didn’t exactly go to plan.
The star was singing at the funeral of late soul legend Etta James last weekend, when orange streaks began running down her legs during her rendition of Etta’s At Last.
Now a source close to Christina has blamed a combination of fake tan and sweat on the faux pas.
Explained what exactly happened, the insider says: “She sang her heart out. It was a memorial service for her idol and she was nervous.
“It was her proudest moment,” they continued to tell Us Weekly. “The sweat caused her spray tan to streak.”
Yesterday, reality star Kourtney Kardashian defended Christina’s performance.
