Cheryl Cole is reportedly taking legal action against former So Solid Crew member MC Harvey, after he made claims earlier this week that they previously had a relationship.
In an interview with Now magazine, Harvey said he became close to the brunette beauty following her split from ex-husband Ashley Cole.
But Cheryl was quick to deny the story, messaging him on Twitter: “Was this “relationship” happening in your head @harveyofficial ?! Are you smoking something ?..”
She added: “I think I’ve met you once maybe twice at public events and With your wife !! #shitjustgetsweirder”
Hitting back at her denial, Harvey responded by claiming to have email evidence of their relationship.
“Do you actually want me to tweet some of the messages you emailed me @cherylcole pipe down and stop playing the saint in front of your fans,” he responded.
Now The Mirror reports Cheryl is taking legal action against both Harvey and the magazine for publishing the story.
