After a long engagement full of speed bumps, it looks as if Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are finally moving forward with their wedding plans, and are hoping to tie the knot by the end of the year.
Justin and Jen got engaged last August (2012) and were initially thought to be getting married this summer. But arguments over where to live, where to get married, home renovations and work commitments all caused the Hollywood couple to put their wedding plans on hold.
At one point, it was even reported that Aniston had rearranged a date they’d set aside in May for their nuptials, after hearing it clashed with ex-husband Brad Pitt’s wedding plans to Angelina Jolie. Ironically, neither wedding happened.
But now friends of the ‘Horrible Bosses’ actress have revealed that she and Theroux have finally agreed on how their wedding should happen, and the big day should be expected before the end of 2013.
“The delay has largely arisen as a result of his career really taking off in the last six months as well as her inability to decide exactly the wedding she wants to have,” a source told the Daily Mail.
“Jen and Justin have gone back and forth on where to marry and whether to have a destination wedding so many times.”
According to the insider, Justin finally backed down and agreed to have the wedding in Los Angeles at their newly renovated house.
“They’re now moving forward and hope to be married by the end of the year,” the source added.
