Kim Kardashian's Trainer Reveals Post-Baby Weight Loss Plan

Most new moms dread the time they have to hit the gym and lose their post-baby weight – but according to Kim Kardashian’s trainer, she’s “super motivated” to get her amazing figure back.

The reality star gave birth to daughter North just two weeks ago (June 15), and although she’s not rushing to lose the weight immediately, celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson says she’s already devised an exercise plan to help Kim get back in shape.

“It’s a tough time, and a lot of women feel like it’s a huge mountain to climb to get back, but Kim, surprisingly, has had the totally opposite reaction to other moms,” Anderson, whose other clients include Jennifer Lopez and Gwyneth Paltrow, told Us Weekly.

“She’s like, ‘We’re going to be so good. It’s fun, I feel great!’ She just loves the whole process,” added Tracy.

“From our talks during her pregnancy, I thought she was going to be really concerned (about her weight) once the baby was out, but she’s just not…

“She’s in baby heaven. She’s excited to get started, but she’s really calm about it all.”

Kim won’t start her workouts for another three weeks (five weeks after giving birth to North) but Anderson is already preparing the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star’s fitness program, which she’ll do four-days-a-week to begin with, gradually building up to five or six days.

“It will definitely be lots of muscular structure…In the beginning, it’s key getting the deep abdominal muscles back and making sure that you get the strength back in the right layers,” Tracy explained of Kim’s tailor-made plan.

“She’s not going to be doing any typical crunches or anything like that.”

Tracy, who doesn’t usually work directly with her celebrity clients, says she’s made an exception with Kim, and will train her personally.

“She promised me she would be the best student ever, and I promised her that I would do it personally for her, that I would go to her myself and get her back,” Kardashian explained.

“Kim is super motivated. She’s all in. Pregnancy is actually an opportunity for women to look better than ever. And [Kim] will.”
