This weekend saw One Direction hunk Zayn Malik at the centre of a cheating allegation when an Australian waitress claimed the singer was unfaithful to girlfriend Perrie Edwards by sleeping with.
Courtney ‘CJ’ Webb alleged she bedded the 20-year-old boyband star at this £2.2 million mansion in London, while Perrie is on tour with her band Little Mix.
Now it’s claimed friends of Edwards are urging her to dump Zayn and find herself a new man who will “respect” her.
“She’s shocked by what this woman said and doesn’t know what to think. Her head’s all over the place,” a source told the Daily Mirror newspaper.
“Her friends have been telling her that he’s a rat who will never change his ways.
“They’ve been saying that she’s gorgeous and successful, and should find a man who will treat her with the respect she deserves.”
The Sun also reports how Zayn flew back to the UK from France yesterday (January 27) for a face-to-face talk with Perrie after the allegations made headlines.
Insiders told the paper that she’s unlikely to end things because she’s “still deeply in love with Zayn.”
A source added: “She’s very unlikely to end the relationship after this episode. The fact that they are physically together speaks volumes. It looks like she’s willing to give him a second chance.
“Her friends and bandmates know she’s head-over-heels in love with him. But she’ll certainly be keeping a closer eye on him after this incident.”
